These terms govern your use of Allgood Academy, AllgoodOS™ and our GoodBlocks™ learning modules. How we handle data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By accessing or using Allgood Academy, AllgoodOS™, or any GoodBlocks™ module, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Allgood Academy with students in a school setting, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself and confirming you are authorized to do so under your school's policies.
If you do not agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
Access to lessons is free for learners and will remain free. We do not charge learners for access to their own learning, we do not show advertising, and we do not sell learner data. Any paid features we build in future will be tools for educators and administrators, never a paywall around a learner's progress.
This section is a commitment we intend to keep, not a description of features that exist today.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or sign in with Google. Learners under 13 use the Recruit Code system — an automatically generated three-word passphrase with an auto-assigned display name and avatar. No account is created, and no name or email address is ever requested.
You can start any lesson without signing in. A guest session is given a readable session name generated on your own device. Guest progress is kept only for that session unless you choose to save it.
A Recruit Code is deliberately memorable so that a learner without an email address can resume their work on another device. Anyone who knows the exact passphrase can resume that progress. Please treat it accordingly, and contact us if a code needs to be retired.
If you hold a 13+ account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed by someone else.
Creating a Task Force (a classroom) is for teachers and school staff acting in a professional capacity. When you create one, you confirm you are authorized staff using this tool consistent with your school's and district's policies.
All content, software, graphics, code, lesson design and other intellectual property on this platform are the property of Allgood Academy. "GoodBlocks", "AllgoodOS" and "Allgood Academy" are trademarks of Allgood Academy.
Teachers and schools may use Allgood Academy with their students, assign lessons, display them in class, and reference them in their own planning documents. You do not need to ask us for permission to teach with it — that is what it's for.
If you want to license the GoodBlock™ format or engine, or use our material in something you're publishing, email us — the answer is often yes, but it needs to be in writing.
Some lessons include an optional comment box at the end. When you submit a comment or a message through the platform, you keep ownership of what you wrote, and you grant us permission to store it and use it internally to improve our lessons.
Please do not submit personal information about yourself or anyone else, and do not submit anything abusive, harassing, or unlawful. We may remove submitted content at our discretion, and we will remove a specific learner's submission on request from a parent, guardian or teacher — see the Privacy Policy.

Allgood Academy teaches life skills, digital decision-making and social-emotional topics. Our lessons are educational content. They are not psychological, medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional or a trusted adult.
We do not claim, and you should not infer, a specific measurable outcome from completing a lesson. Badges, scores and certificates recognize participation and performance within our own modules. They are not credentials, and they are not an assessment of a learner's character or ability.
We may add, change, retire or remove lessons, features and modules. We try not to break things people depend on, but we cannot guarantee that a specific lesson will remain available indefinitely.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms, particularly where student safety or another user's data is at risk.
The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allgood Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allgood Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may modify these terms. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. That date reflects the last time the words actually changed.
If a change materially affects your rights or what you are agreeing to, we will note it plainly at the top of this page rather than relying on continued use as silent acceptance.
